So for our final CA II assignment we were tasked with creating a character from scratch and animating him to sit and stand in a story driven scenario. 

These are some reference photos from various movies that I felt set the mood I sought to capture with my environment.

These are lighting studies I created in order to best find the look that would suit my room accordingly.

This being the one I felt best represented my original vision.

My final Design for my Character. A superhero set in the 40s or 50s, heavily influenced by Rockabilly and Greaser styles. Looked to Pixar's Mr.Incredible and Dreamworks' MetroMan fro inspiration.
